I sleep a total of 8 hours, but I'm up three or four times a night. First wake-up is about 90 minutes after I fall asleep and the second and third times about two hours later. Best sleep is between four and seven in the morning. I have no problem falling asleep and I'm not tired the next day. I do take Melatonin, but I've increased from 5mg to 7.5mg and no change in sleep. Any ideas?
